This was one of my favorite cooking classes. The cupcakes turned out great and not undercooked like or muffins last week. The icing took a while to get right as we didn't melt the butter first. Instead, we just dumped in the icing and started mixing. Since we failed we made another batch. This time we melted the butter and it came us a lot better. One thing we could do better is time management. We rushed out the class and our tray wasn't washed properly. The mixture was a good consistency and it worked pretty well. They rose and were a little bit crunchy when you pressed down on their tops. We needed to make more icing to cover all of the cupcakes but other than that I think this was one of the best cooking classes we did as a group as we actually worked together for once.
