1. Antonio is now convinced that he knows the reason for Shylock’s insistence on claiming his bond. What is it, use a quote from the text to support your answer.

I’ll have my bond. I will not hear thee speak.
I’ll have my bond and therefore speak no more.
I’ll not be made a soft and dull-eyed fool
To shake the head, relent and sigh, and yield
To Christian intercessors. Follow not.

I’ll have no speaking. I will have my bond.
This is what Shylock said to Antonio after Antonio asked for forgiveness.

No, because she wants to help her husband and his friends.

8. Do you think Portia would still be in love with Bassanio if she knew he had lied about his wealth?

World's Worst Dictator.

Mao Zedong was famous for being a communist leader of China around World War 2. He was a ruler who wanted to always be in power and control. In the first 5 years of ruling, he killed 4-6 million people by sentencing them to death. Mao's policies also starved 20 million people.

Create an Image of A Dictator.

I think that a dictator is a person who believes that they should always have what they wanted, even if it meant that they had to kill innocent people to get there. They use propaganda to persuade people what they are doing is right even if they know that it's wrong. Most dictators build up the military defenses and the territory that they have already is expanded and they take over other countries and territories.

MAC CHEESE

Image result for mac and cheese with bacon and tomatoes and veggies
Image result for mac and cheese with bacon and tomatoes and veggiesYesterday, the 5th of June, we made Macaroni Cheese. Since we are doing the Survivor unit in Home Ec we had to add a few veggies. I had never had Mac Cheese with veggies in it before so this was a new experience for me. I really enjoyed the tomatoes and the carrots in it. We used mixed veggies but I thought that it didn't taste as nice with the beans and corn. Apart from that, it all went very well. The cheese sauce was the trickiest part of the whole recipe. We had to get it just right. I had to continuously stir the sauce so it wouldn't burn and stick to the bottom. The boys that I worked with (Kayne and Ansh) were good to work with and they didn't argue or start fights with me or each other. If I made this at home for my family I wouldn't use mixed veggies. I would only use carrots and tomatoes. This was a great recipe and it wasn't too hard to make.
